Recently specialising in Gate Management, including running Glastonbury’s busiest Gate with ingress of up to 45,000 daily and Winter Wonderland with daily ingresses of up to 110,000. Additional expertise in Volunteer and Staff Management with teams up to 250.
Additional operational delivery of Sustainability Projects running teams of up to 85 volunteers on Litter Bond and Recycling Operations.
Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager, and bring to any client the ability to mange teams, assets, audit and create an environment of increased staff motivation and welfare.

Festival Timeline
All events up to July 2023.
In 2020 All the contracts for Summer were cancelled due to Coronavirus, and the Industry was unsurprisingly hit hard.
In 2017 I took a Contract Overseas, and outside of the Events Industry, hence the gap in the Timeline.
Wristbanding & Reception Manager, 2000 Trees Festival 2023
- Responsible for the accreditation and wristbanding for 2000 Trees public, press and guestlist customers.
- Responsible for Reception, Information and Lost Property for the festival.
Security Manager, Ped Gate A, Glastonbury Festival 2022-2023
- Responsible for a team of 35 Security Operatives to manage Glastonbury’s busiest pedestrian gate with up to 45,000 customers arriving per day, as well as all of the festival’s day tickets and bus services.
- Accountable pre-festival for supervising the security of Vehicle Gate 5 where all site vehicles are accredited on entrance to the festival.
Ticketing & Wristbanding Team, Download Festival 2023
- Part of the team responsible for wristbanding and ticketing all customers onto the site, and day and weekend no camping ticket holders into the arena.
Stewarding Manager & Co-ordinator, Brockwell Live Series 2023
- Onsite manager for operations and welfare of up to 70 stewards managing all ticketing and queue management for all the gates at Brockwell Live, a series of 1 and 2 day events in Brockwell Park, London with crowds of up to 30,000 (Project 6, City Splash, Wide Awake, Cross the Tracks, Mighty Hoopla)
Production Security, Eurovision Song Contest 2023
- Responsible for the security of the production, build & break of the Eurovision Fan Village in Liverpool. The team managed the Staff and artist entrances, overall asset management for the Fanvillage 24hours a day (as opposed to the live staff managing the Public during opening hours)
Gate Manager, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2022
- Overall accountability for one of the 4 Public Gate Operations daily and responsible for stewards, ticketers and security on that gate. Ingress numbers of up to 110,000 per day across the event with onsite capacity up to 37,500 at any one time.
Security Manager, Kendal Mountain Festival 2022
- Responsible for the security of Kendal Mountain Festival and their Basecamp in Abbots Park. Asset management of the festival’s traders and brands, in partnership with the Basecamp Manager.
Stewarding Manager & Co-ordinator, We Out Here Festival 2022
- Responsible for management and welfare of a team of 75 volunteers working alongside the festival management to run the main gates, campsites, boutique area and arena support.
Litter Bond Manager, Boardmasters Festival 2016 – 2022
- Accountable for the litter bond delivery at Boardmasters festival, part of the sustainability team, but working in partnership with Boardmasters Production, Finance Team, Waste Management and Seetickets to deliver the programme.
- Responsible for managing a team of Cash Logistics Managers and Volunteer Supervisors with up to 60 staff.
- In 2022, we also a Brand Ambassador program in conjunction with Old Mout Cider in the Boardmasters Arena and provided a backup stewarding team for the Festival.
Production Security, Kendal Calling Festival 2022
- Responsible for the security of the production gate at Kendal Calling, where site vehicles and Artists enter the site, including liaising with Trader Managers for all deliveries and Production and Even Team for all Artists.
Stewarding Manager, Secret Garden Party 2022
- Responsible for the overnight deployment, welfare and management of all stewards across the site (Campsites, Gates and Arena)
Litter Bond Manager, NASS Festival 2016 – 2022
- Accountable for the litter bond delivery at NASS festival, part of the sustainability team, but working in partnership with NASS Production, Finance Team, Waste Management and Seetickets to deliver the programme.
Stewarding Manager & Co-ordinator, Outlook UK Festival 2022
- Responsible for the steward deployment to manage the ticketing, wristbanding and gate operations for Outlook pedestrians and campervan customers.
Covid Testing Manager, Ted Lasso Season 2 2021
- Responsible for the Lab Technicians and operations of Covid testing for 400 staff on Ted Lasso TV Production, as well as all visitors and up to 100 Extras/Supporting Artists daily
- Additional responsibilities involved running the Covid Reception daily for all staff to check in, supporting the broader team on location shoots, stock management of all Covid supplies and enforcing Covid regulations for the production on set.
Management Support Team, Dimensions & Outlook Festival 2019
- Responsible for supporting the Arena Operations and supervising the stewards in the Main Arena between opening at 6pm and closing each morning at 6am.
- Additional support for the ingress/egress and loading of boats for the Opening Ceremony each week at the Pula Amphitheatre.
Recycling Manager, Shambala Festival 2019
- Responsible for the planning, operation and staff deployment of the Recycling Exchange at the festival.
Gate & Box Office Manager, We Out Here Festival 2019
- Responsible for running the main gate for the first year of WHO Festival, together with the box office and security on the gate.

- Responsible for running the shift operations of the stewarding team at Wilderness Festival.
