Ski Guiding, Management & Adminstration
In 2013, and for 6 Ski Seasons since, I’ve worked for the European based ski resorts.
During this time, I’ve skied almost all the Italian Resorts, as well as portions of France and Austria.
I’ve handed Administration logistics, am comfortable with Management and Strategy of Resort Level Operations for Private Ski Companies, and handled both guests and customers services.
More recently, I’ve been employed as a Ski Guide and Ski Manager, equipped with taking clients across the mountains giving them access to the best pistes, routes and restaurants for lunch, thereby ensuing that there is no hassle involved in their experience.

Ski Manager Winter 2019 – 2020
Freelance work, Powder Byrne, based in the Alps
- Guiding clients across the ski area and selecting good areas and restaurants to ski in the day
- Liase with ski school as to how client children were progressing
- Updating guests each evening with detailed feedback ensuring clients are comfortable.
Holiday Advisor Summer 2017
Thomson Lakes & Mountains, Lake Garda, Italy
- Responsible for guest interactions during the week including sales, customer service and complaint handling, and liaising with suppliers and hoteliers
- Responsible for safe and professional transfer of Thomson guests around resort
Ski Resort Administrator & Manager Winter 2014 – 2019
Crystal Ski Holidays, various locations around Italy
- Administration and account responsibilities for Crystal Ski Operations in resort.
- Ordering of Ski Passes, liaising with suppliers and balancing confirmations.
- Setting up Apres Activities, selling and tracking.
- Support and organisation of the Rep teams in-resort.
- Setting up and updating ski routes and information for the Crystal Ski App.
- Assumed Resort Manager responsibilities in Winter 2014, 2015 and 2019 for months when Resort Managers were moved or left the company (approx. 32 weeks total)
- Awarded 3 Service Excellence Awards in three consecutive years for delivering and exceeding KPI targets for sales and guest experience.
